Ethan Levin

I specialize in affordable housing development and community-centered real estate. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2018 and have spent the past five years working in affordable housing development across the Bay Area.

My work spans the full development lifecycle — from pre-development and community engagement through construction and lease-up — on projects that bring homes to families and vulnerable populations, including supportive units for people experiencing homelessness.

I'm passionate about using thoughtful design, strategic partnerships, and policy-informed practices to expand long-term housing affordability and strengthen communities throughout Northern California.
