Ethan Levin

I develop affordable housing across the Bay Area and Northern California, with a focus on the communities that need it most: low-income families and unhoused residents. Since graduating from the University of Michigan in 2018, I've worked across the full development lifecycle, from pre-development and financing through construction and lease-up. I believe stable, dignified housing is the foundation for everything else, and I bring that conviction to every project I work on.
